Unknown. The flag has no effect in the region of code where the error is reported. I don't have time this week to go digging up through the DB opening code to see if that flag has any effect on it that might affect the DBD layer.

Well, tried it again, and this time it did not crash. So, I guess some program was locking the file. My prime suspect is TSVNCache.exe (TortoiseSVN status cache) - I started to notice it today as it intereferred with folder deletion.

Anyway, I'll try to analyze the log a little, to see if I can spot some errors.
