Sounds like your WinXP build of SQLite2 is breaking when stderr is redirected.

But why didn't this error show up if I runned program without --verbose switch?


My Linux box has the following packages installed:

perl-DBD-SQLite2-0.33-5
sqlite2-2.8.16-3

Exactly the ones that came trought ActivePerl package manager: DBD-SQLite2-0.33 (I have no idea what version of sqlite2 is included)

Check those sites for any reports of issues with redirection under Windows.
