svnadmin: Invalid change ordering: new node revision ID without delete
A dump question: which version of subversion are you using? There is a
bug in 1.4.2 and below, that is fixed in 1.4.3:
* fixed: error when committing replaced directories (r22991, -8)
Probably you are hit by this one?
But this is a complete wild guess, since I don't know the details of the above bug. Only the word
"delete" and "replace" have triggered my mind.
