I have separately tried patches suggested by Dirk and Werner but both
repeat the same Invalid change ordering error.
There is a slight difference in the location of the error the two test
runs, but this may be caused by the vss database still being in use. I
can't completely lock it until I know I can get this converted.
Following are snips from the test runs. I ran Dirks patch yesterday and
Werners today. The test with Dirks patch errored after a different file
than any previous tests.
