You should be able to manually rename the folder/file using windows
explorer. The conversion sometimes makes names that contain characters
that are invalid in windows names, such as the ":" and the "!" in the
name you showed.

It is possible that has been fixed in a nightly build, but I haven't
been following closely enough to know for sure.

        Subject: invalid name in labels

When I tried to check out from the svn which just converted from
vss using tortoisSVN, it complained that a folder name in labels is
invalid (which is 20060708: file review!), and the check out will
failed. Who know how to resolve this?
