One of the problems I found when installing Active Tcl was the default location, c:, is not looked at by vTCL. Reinstalling it under c:\program files" toll care of the problem. The other issue a number of people have found is with the hard coding of the iWidgets release number. I've attached a version of the lib_itcl.lib file with the required changes. You can diff it to see what was done, minor stuff.
