This was the first thing that I tried, but it does nothing for cascade
entries. Right now the "Editing Menu" for the "File" menubar item has
these two entries:
<cascade> Open
<command> Close
Double-clicking on the second line (<command>) brings up the usual
command edit window. Double-clicking on <cascade> does nothing. :-(
