Hi,
Something similar happened to me. It may be due to the fact you have
forgotten some really essential thing before saving your project : for
instance to close braces or something similar, which pertube vtcl on
startup.
What I did consisted in editing the .tcl file generated by vtcl and
looked for the missing symbols.
