Hello, I'm trying to do my own review on layer 2 frames tunneling methods. I've quite an issue due to my English skills or due to ambiguity between network architects, programmers etc. I mean, sometimes "layer 2 tunnel" refers to connect VPNs at layer 2, while sometimes it refers to connect remote sites along with their layer 2 - what allows to tunnel VLANs, too (or even other L2 protocols like Frame Relay). I couldn't find so far any direct information in the mailing list archive nor the website, so could someone please confirm to me that VTUN allows to transport Ethernet/802.1Q?
