I support the idea of VXQuery as pTLP, but not the proposed PMC composition. I think we should seed the PMC with only ASF/IPMC Members and that we should vote VXQuery contributors onto the PMC individually. At some point, the pTLP PMC would reach critical mass, allowing the quasi-mentors to recede and eventually, remove themselves on graduation. If VXQuery would accept me (which I do not assume, given the "bad cop" role I have played in the past), I would volunteer to be on the PMC. Marvin Humphrey
