Great work! I can't thank you enough, these two packages are going to help the w3af a lot. THANK YOU! > Comments are welcomed. My comments: - w3af_console installation works perfectly in Ubuntu 8.10 - Any special reason because all discovery plugins were removed from the w3af_console package? - When installing w3af package I got this warning message: "/usr/share/w3af/core/controllers/w3afAgent/w3afAgentManager.py:92: Warning: 'as' will become a reserved keyword in Python 2.6" which I fixed in revision 2618. - The location of the icon is ok, but I think that we should have a transparent background. The white background sucks. - When trying to load any profile that has a discovery plugin I get "OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'plugins/discovery/'" , this should be automagically fixed when you add the discovery plugins once again. For now, that's all, because I can't really test it. I'll try to find how to create a transparent background for the w3af icon (and possibly making it a little bit larger).
