Dave you will have only what we call the lower Spokane river, that is the
part down stream from the Up River Dam. The upper river doesn't open till
June. You might some access up stream from the mouth of Hangman Creek to the
Peaceful Valley area, which is accessable by going west on Riverside Ave.
from Monroe St. a stretch of about a mile. The river is quite high right now
but you might find some fish in the side eddies on nymphs.
