Hey Spey,

Yes there is still walk-in access to the Mixer.  

Turn left on the first  Sauk Store Rd exit off of Hwy 20 heading west (away
from Rockport).  Take the second left, a gravel road that parallels the
river.  Drive to the end and park across from the School Bus turnaround.
Vehicles are blocked, but you can walk the dirt road the rest of the way.
It's about a 15-20 minute walk and you can't miss where the trail goes down
to the river.
