Yep you can walk into the mixer. You reach it via the end Sauk store bar
road or Sauk bar road. You park there and walk down about a three-quarters
of a mile to a mile. Easy walk on a horse trail.

Haven't floated the Skagit in a few years. Can you tell me if there is a
"walk-in" area to the Mixer or is it strictly "float-in?"
