Looking forward to fishing both lakes, Dan. I grew up there so am fond of
the area. During my trip in the Fall, I caught numberous fish in the 16-18
range at Blue and then hit Aeneas as an after thought on the way home. I had
heard it was slow and almost didn't go. In 90 minutes I caught 4 fish. The
small one was 19 inches and the biggest one was 26 inches. They all fought
like crazy but one 22 incher absolutely abused me. He wacked my knuckels on
the reel handle during two unexpected and incredible runs and then proceeded
to drench me with his tail when I released him. Quite the fight.
