I use a Bucks Bag Bronco that I picked up used for $500. I
couldn't be happier. But, I don't think you could go wrong with any
of the current models of boats. Just make sure it has the amount
of pockets and storage you want, and get it with the longest oars it
comes with (usually an upgrade).
