I wonder how many seasons you can get outta these kind of boats.  The fold
up, storage and next season there seems to be cracks and leaks.  This is a
cheaper type of rubber boat, surely not an Avon, but I took one the length
of the Karluk River on Kodiak Island without any trouble and the far more
expensive Achilles boats that went along (there were 2 of them) each needed
patching before the end of the trip.  There is not a hard floor, I'm pretty
certain of that..?? so that your sitting on the bottom of the boat and not
in the greatest flyfishing position, but it may work OK. and your care in
storage may be better than mine.  Jere
