Port Williams (NE of Sequim) has access, at a boat launch, to a few miles of
high bank beach just north of the mouth of Sequim Bay. I haven't fished it
but have heard stories of good cutthroat fishing there. Baitfish patterns,
Leland's popper, attractors like the Reversed Spider, cutts are aggressive.
By the way, here's an interesting site:
http://www.ecy.wa.gov/apps/shorephotos/index.html , aerial photos of the
entire Washington coastline. Check out the Port Williams area on it.
