If your in Poulsbo check with," Northwest Anglers Fly Shop" (360) 697 7100 
their right downtown.  Their should be some silvers around at that time.  Try 
Point No Point,very early in the morning casting from the beach,great fun if 
the fish are in close,use bait patterns.
