Thanks Kent for the update. I have fished Lenice and Nunnally lately and you are right, they are very good right now.I thought fish and wildlife stocked Dry Falls with triploids last fall ( Approx. 11,000 fish) and thought it should be good this year but maybe next will be better. On a side note, there a lot of steelies in the Stilly right now, was lucky the other night with multiple fish including a 7 Lb. dolly. Yes it is time to put the trout flies away and head to the rivers for the big fin.

Cheers,

Patrick,

I haven't been to Dry Falls this year, but a friend went a couple weeks ago with two other buddies. In three fishing days between them, they caught just 4 fish, all on nymphs of buggers fished deep. Sloooooooowwwwwww, to say the least.

Why not introduce her to Lake Lenice? It's an hour or two closer, there's facilities nearby at Vantage, George or Ellensburg, and the fishing's been great lately.

Has anyone fished Dry falls lake in the last few weeks? I am attempting to introduce my girlfriend to fly fishing and thought this lake and nearby facilities would make an easy trip for a city girl. If anyone has any suggestions about this lake and how to fish it would be much appreciated.

Cheers,

Patrick
