Average size is probably 17.4 inches... :-)
The biggest our group caught this year wqas 21.5.
Last year I had one 23" and three at 22".
Somebody from another cabin caught one about 33 or 34 earlier this year.
To float tube I would want to stay at one of the Owl cabins, or Duck Point,
Eagle Point or Moose Point. There were a couple of tubers around Duck Point.
A boat is better so you can go somewhere else quickly if the spot you're in
is dead.
