Speaking of media coverage -- at 1:00 am on A&E today I caught a WDFW
advertisement. They were pushing fishing in Washington and showing lots of
people (especially kids) with stringers of fish.

Did anyone see the NEWS @ NOON on Channel 5 ? They discovered leeches in
Lake Wilderness!! Park officials have posted signs and they are wondering
how to get rid of them! They have no idea how they got there, but they have
posted "Swimmers beware" signs. They knew they were in Lake Sammamish, but
are bewildered as to how they got in Wilderness. They interviewed a guy
that had just gotten out of the water and said they were on his feet and he
was sure they would have burrowed all the way in if he hadn't gotten them
off! Don't let a swimmer see your stripped wooly-bugger; definitely freak
