Fished the No. Fork of the"SKY" 8/28 from mid afternoon till about 8:30 PM.
We fished from Silver creek to Trout creek area. A lot of small fish from 6
to 10" or so. I took a couple on dry's but mostly hi-sticking a bead head
Prince nymph. A great day to be on the water pretty warm in the afternoon
but not too many bugs out. I guess the wind blowing upstream all the time in
most places kept the bugs off.
We were told by a local guy that a few steelhead have been taken in that part
of the river.
