Secret lakes??? You'll have to get that from someone else as all the lakes I fished
had lots of company.. well....other than Dairy.
Paska is about 10 miles east of the town of Logan Lake. It's 6 miles north of the
highway on a good road and has spots big enough for motorhomes.
Hihium... if you go in via Loon Lake then the road is good enough for what you're
driving. I got my camper in there and it's only the last 1.2 miles that are rough and
require slow driving. There were campers and 5th wheelers in there.
That road runs you right to a FS campground.
Take a boat, not a float tube as Hihum is big and the better fishing is a long kick
from the campground. I did see one pontoon boat there, but they scoot better than a
tube.
If I could get away I'd consider another trip right now to Hihium... it did impress me.
