Have you tried?>> Jim, If my memory serves me right, you pop out the blue cam and then push out the metal portion that contains the bearing. Once it is out you can reverse the direction of it and push it back in the cam. I remember it being really easy to do and the instructions were pretty clear. Good luck Mike
