Sean,
The Washington Fly Fishing Club has fly tying classes in January for 8 weeks
every Thursday night. They have casting classes starting in April - also 8
weeks on Thursday nights.
See www.wffc.com
Also, we have a regular monthly meeting tomorrow night at the College Club
in Seattle.
There is some pretty good expertise and experience in the group.
Contact me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] if you would like more information.
Regards,
-Bob
