I've fished Hoodsport for humpies and chums.  Either fishery is crowded.

My favorite spot to fish is Neah bay.  I fish there with bass tackle and 1/2 oz 
jigheads with rubber worms.  A person could do just about the same thing up there with 
a sinking line and good sized flies.  Steve Probasco has written a couple of stories 
on the same subject of fly fishing up there.

You do need a bigger boat than the pontoon boat you have if you want to get out from 
shore, but I think your boat would work fishing the kelp beds right off of Seal and 
Sail rocks.
