When I got my RPL+ 8wt last winter, I put a RIO Windcutter on it and I love
it. It works well for turning over the largest flies. I was casting big bass
bugs with it in OK and still getting plenty of distance. I'd always been a
Cortland fan too, then tried SA. Now I always buy RIO first. I also got the
Windcutter in a 5wt and it works just as well.
