Where to go?

I'm taking a friend fishing on Thursday, he has had a little experience with
a fly rod, but none in a float tube. I was thinking of Pass Lake since the
access is easy and it's close. I'm in Marysville. However the fishing can be
difficult, actually the catching is the difficult part huh? Any other
suggestions?
