Pontoon boat wheels?

I bought a pontoon boat earlier this year and have found a lot to 
like about it. But lugging it more than a few dozen yards from my 
pickup truck to the water can be a real pain in the back (and neck), 
especially when it's loaded with oars and gear. Has anyone seen or 
used a wheeled attachment that one could use to portage a pontoon 
boat longer distances where it's not possible to park closer to the 
water?
