Having run into the same problem, and working in a bicycle shop, I took
a skateboard, cut it in half and made it adjustable-longer to fit
between the pontoons, I then rotated the trucks (the part the wheels
attach to) 90 degrees and got the large wheels used xgames downhill (as
the small regular wheels bind on any ruff surface).  I then just stick
the board under the front of the pontoons and pick up the back of the
boat and push it to the water.

this is not necessarily the best Idea or even practical if you don't
have access to cheap skateboard parts but it show the/a direction to
explore.  I have heard that there are commercial devices available for
about eighty bucks but as I had access to the skateboard parts I didn't
explore further.
