Sean,

You will be close to several wonderful lakes.  Bayley, Fan, Diamond are just 
a few that come to mind.  The Spokane River is fishing well, or so I hear.  
(Stupid me buried myself with working full time and taking college classes 
this Fall so I haven't picked up a rod in weeks!)

If you don't get any specific feedback from the list, call Jan at the Blue 
Dun.  838-FISH.  He spends lots of time on the Spokane River and knows the 
lakes up North.
