The regional biologist(Kraemer) has indicated that it's a done deal. I wonder how well a 14 foot spey rod will work at Rocky Ford this spring? This is extremely disappointing to me since I live just minutes from the Stilly, Sauk and Skagit. Basically means no fishing this spring for me since family obligations keep me from straying too far from home. If you hear howling in the night come March it's probably me going crazy.
