Eastern Washington Lakes?

As is usually the case this time of year, I'm scheming late winter 
and early spring trout fishing destinations.

I'm wondering about some of the early season lakes around Moses Lake 
or in the Okananogan area and wondering if they're iced over and/or 
when they might become fishable?
