Hi everyone,
My name is Chris Scoones. Have been at
fling'n hooks'n feathers since I was old enough to go with my dad.
(brought up right) Grew up on the E. side, now reside past N. Bend a bit
on the S. Fork. Spent a few year over in Yakima so you can guess where
I spent much of my spare time. Usual haunts are the Snoq. Forks,
rattlesnake, the Yak and have been to a few of the local high lakes. Also
hit Baker River once it a while. Very hit and miss area but the hits are
great and the area is beautiful.
Between family and work my time is tight but I
still manage at 50 days on the river a year. Have till this point been
geared towards hitting the local rivers and it's land locked trout but am now
ramping up for steelhead. Also am setting my dog up for packing up to the
high lakes (stupidly large sized malamute) for more frequent
visits.
I have been working a web site for this past year
gauged around fly fishing and it's turned out to be a fun hobby. Thought
of starting my own email list but I've heard great things about WAFF and would
rather support it instead.
