Ebey Lake update?

I've been thinking about Ebey Lake and just reread last spring's 
thread on the apparent Mexican standoff on access limitations between 
the DNR, WDFW and private landowners. Is anybody aware of any changes 
on that front? Has anybody been into the lake since the last post?
