How about buying a sheet of Mylar at a craft or art supply store
along with a can of Scotch Spray Mount (not cheap at about $10 a can,
but it's a permanent adhesive that sticks like mad.) Cut and score
your Mylar shape, then spray one side with adhesive and fold it into
final position.
