First off, check out Leland's Beach Popper on the WaFlyfishing website.
But the most extensive list of patterns for saltwater salmon has to be
Les, et al's book "Fly Fishing For Pacific Salmon" it has an extensive
pattern list. And maybe just maybe you can get Les to email you a copy
of his hand out on fly fishing for salmon in the salt. It rocks.
