I know that its not about rivers, but "The Best of BC Lake Fishing" is a
great value for anyone wanting to learn about BC lakes. At $12.95 its
the best deal that I have had lately in a book. On a more general path,
there are little atlases of the areas of BC that show the roads that get
into areas. These are also a good deal at $15.95 canadian when you get
up there. Also ask in a BC fly shop, I found them very friendly to
Americans....
