The railroad bridge I am referring to is the one right at Cicero. I
launched my boat on the west side of the river between the Hwy 530 and the
old railroad bridge. There are some cement remains of another bridge there
and I was able to slide my boat down on the left side. It was steep but
not difficult.
As far as how much water you need I'm not sure. It is bone low right now
and running at only 255cfs(I just looked at the gauge) with the mean flow
being about 800cfs. I think I'd wait for more water before I would do
anything but my pontoon boat.
On a side note I've noticed that the bigger and wider drift boats seem to
displace less water than my 14 footer. I'm not sure if this is true but I
have friends that claim their boats don't hit rocks that mine does:)

Sincerely,

Keith
