I don't know where the big fish have gone in this lake. Average size is down and the truly big ones just aren't showing up. The last time I fished it another fly fisher said he thought since it had gone to special regs that the smaller ones weren't being culled out and that this cut the food supply to the ones that were left. I'm not sure that is accurate, but I do know it works that way with warmwater bass/bluegill ponds, so maybe so.
