Hello John, I've been using an Olympus 340R for a couple of years and am quite pleased with it. I think the current comparable version is the 360L. It fits in my shirt pocket so it's easy to take fishing, etc. The Olympus C-700 is the next one I'm looking at because it has a 10 power optical lens, 2.1 mega pixel chip, and is still pretty small. It can get down to about 4 inches from the target in macro mode. That should handle a size 28 fly. Cost is less than $600. The only problem with really good quality photos on a website is the length of time to download them. They can be cropped, if necessary to reduce the file size and download time. -Bob
