I was looking at the rule changes and found a few that might be of interest to Spokane area anglers:
Amber Lake: The proposal adds another C&R season March 1st until regular season opening. Spokane River: The proposal adds a C&R requirement to the upper Spokane River (Upriver Dam to Idaho line). Downriver remains the same. I'm all for the additional season at Amber Lake. C&R on the upper Spokane River might keep a few more fish in the river. Current limit is 1 12" trout. (There is a fish consumption advisory on the river. I'm not sure if many fisherman keep their catch anyway.) Don (Spokane)
