I have had outstanding luck with flyboxes made by Sierra with a feature called Bristle Tack. It holds the flies incredibly well and never has to be replaced. It is also available to retrofit boxes with foam in which the foam has bit the dust. Available through Madison River Fishing, or on Gary Lefontane's website. It has the added distinction of not causing the hooks to rust. Worth a look.
