Does anyone have any history with this lake in Idaho. I fished it this last weekend on a party boat and we took rainbows basically bucktailing. Everyone was bucktailing and getting some big bruisers. (This lake holds the world record rainbow at 35+ lbs)
I have noted some good looking shoals in the Summer but see they dropped the lake about 15 feet. I would suspect this doesn't help out. This is a big lake and having fallen in love with the area I plan to explore it and surrounding creeks n' rivers in the coming year. I haven't seen flyfishers out there and there isn't a flyshop in Sandpoint. Does anyone have any experience with this lake? thanks Paul
