Most lists I have seen submitted are about 1 line weight smaller than what I use. Perhaps just casting styles. I know I don't like fighting the wind and a little heavier rod helps with that. Several mentioned Triangle Taper lines. They are great and I have several in different weights. Only rod I can think to add to my want list of rods would be a Hexagraph. I cast one a few years back at a fishing show and it felt very much like bamboo. I balked at the price which was asked. Has anybody out there had any experience with this rod? Or is it just a gimmick?
