Tim,

I spend most of my time in the south sound and haven't explored the 
north much but my understanding from other fishing buddies, is that 
there aren't nearly the number that there is in the south (by south, 
I mean approximately south of the Tacoma Narrows bridge). I believe 
the cutts spawn later in the winter/spring in the south. But that's 
not to say that you may find some in the north.
