Sorry if this is a double-post.

As I am sure many of you are aware that Gov. Locke has proposed several cuts 
in the Department of Fish and Wildlife's Budget for 2001-2003. Here is a

If you have an opinion on these cuts, you can forward your opinions and 
recommendations to  Bob Nichols at [EMAIL PROTECTED]; he's the 
governor's policy advisor at Office of
Financial Management for the Department of Fish and Wildlife.

I don't mean to open up a can of worms about the initiative process or why 
these cuts are being made, but if we offer our suggestions somebody might 
listen to what we have to say.
