----- Subject: Gary LaFontaine died I heard that Gary LaFontaine died today. Unfortunately, I never had the honor to meet the man, but I was able to appreciate his whimsey through the Bookmailer. He must have been a man of tremendous courage for he kept his sense of humor until the ALS ended his life. -----
