I was just down at Haller Park in Arlington where the North and South Fork of the Stilly meet. I watched the WDFW release a tanker load of 5-6 lb brood stock Steelhead from the Whitehorse hatchery. It wouldn't have been very sporting but I think I could have caught one. ( :
